Sundeep Sharma
Co-Founder & Director at Maven Global Ltd Leading the charge in luxury brand management across East Africa since 2016! With a passion for excellence and a bold vision, I steer Maven in curating, supplying, and retailing niche luxury and beauty brands that define elegance in the region.
Before Maven, I made my mark as the youngest CEO at Flemingo Travel Retail Ltd, driving incredible growth from $4M in 2002 to a staggering $80M by 2016. Under my leadership, we expanded our footprint to 11 countries, opened over 30 locations, and built a powerhouse team of 500. I played a key role in establishing 95% of Flemingo's presence in Africa, showcasing my knack for business development and visionary leadership.
In 2018, I launched the 'Empower Teens' Program to uplift the mental well-being of teenagers in Kenya, reflecting my commitment to community impact.
